This library system was designed for a loft apartment in Istanbul, incorporating a home office within a spacious interior that allows the furniture to define the overall character of the space. The core idea of the design stems from transforming the structure of a simple shelf into a distinctive architectural form. Built in sequential segments, the shelves play with angled compositions, creating a sense of spatial movement and rhythm. Serving both as a functional storage unit and a defining architectural element, the system shapes the volume through its structural repetition and dynamic geometry. Ce système de bibliothèque a été conçu pour un loft à Istanbul intégrant un bureau à domicile, dans un espace généreux où le mobilier participe à définir l’identité du lieu. L’idée principale du design provient de la transformation de la structure d’une simple étagère en une forme architecturale distinctive. Construits en séquences, les modules jouent avec les angles afin de créer un mouvement et un rythme dans l’espace. Fonctionnant à la fois comme unité de rangement et comme élément architectural, le système façonne le volume grâce à sa répétition structurelle et à sa géométrie dynamique.
